Loan Portfolio Document Analysis

Perform and provide a summary of the non-performing loan portfolio by analyzing portfolio concentration (location, customer type, industry, product, etc.) and legal compliance using a specialized client technology platform.    The detailed review of the entire loan portfolio provides an assessment of performance and identifies those loans which need further analysis and the need for potential workout strategies. The ability to proactively identify and restructure loans within the portfolio will enhance recoveries and lessen the chances of entering receivership, bankruptcy, etc.  Loss mitigation and protection from potential claims that a bankruptcy of a portfolio company may lead to if not detected early enough.  Allows management to decide a strategy ahead of regulatory review.

Portfolio Management

Credit review including legal analysis of loan committee write-ups, document preparation, pre-closing, closing, processing, servicing and record retention.    Identification and improvement of gaps in credit management to increase collect ability on non-performing loans.

Review and analysis of loan documentation to ensure collect ability in the event of default, which would include review of all loan documentation, title work, appraisals, and environmental reports with a focus on complete document packages.
